       3) Get paid

Q: Why do you need the model number?

A: The model number is required to determine your phones value. It can be found inside the phone under the battery or you can call your service provider and they will tell you what model number phone you have.

Q: Where can I find the model number?

A: The model number can be found on the inside of the phone under the battery. Each maker has their own version  of a model number, Some may be just numbers and others both numbers and letters.

Q: I don't have any accessories. Can I still sell you my phone?

A: Yes, we do not require any accessories except for the correct, working charging device.

Q: What if I do not have a charging device?

A. We have a 5.00 fee for a new charger replacement.

Q: How do I get my phone to you?

A: You will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail from us which will list the phone(s) you are wanting to sell and the tentative purchase price. YOU WILL RECEIVE A 2ND E-MAIL FROM USPS.com WHICH IS YOUR PRINTABLE FREE PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL. PRINT THIS LABEL FROM YOUR DESKTOP PC (Adobe reader required). Attach to package and hand it to any US Postal Carrier, Post Office or Drop Box. Upon receipt of your package we will notify you via e-mail and update your order history which you can view from your order by logging in to your account and viewing the account history for this order.

Q: Why does it take a week to get to you?

A: The package is sent by permit mail and depending on the weight will go 1st class. Additionally, being permit mail, they Post Office receives and "processes" it at their pace then releases it to us.

Q: Why is my phone only worth $10.00?

A: The cell phone market today is saturated with a constant supply of newer & more advanced phones. Cell phones loose their value very quickly just like any other product in demand like cars, computers, software, etc. There are literally millions of old cell phones that have absolutely no value whatsoever. Sorry to say, a cell phone more than 2 years old is basically worthless. On the bright side, you probably got a good deal on the phone and got your moneys worth from its use.

Q: I have more than 1 phone to sell. Can I ship them all in one package?

A: Yes. Shipping charges are calculated by weight. It's best to include everything in one package when possible to minimize shipping costs.

Q: Do I need to send my SIM card?

A: No. SIM cards are not required. If sent we will recycle them.

Q: How long does it take for me to get my money?

A: It takes about 2 complete wrking weeks to receive your money.  Once we get your phone in our possession, we request a minimum of 7 working days to complete and initiate payment.  We try to do it in 5 working days.

Q: So how does the process work?

A: Once the Post Office releases your device to us, we place it in queue for processing. What ever day we get it in a given week, we try very hard to get the "Post Inspection Offer" (The PIO is the outcome of the processing and sometimes the offer may be less than originally quoted due to any number of reasons such as functional and cosmetic issues) to you by that following Saturday.  You have 48 hours to accept or reject. On the following Monday, we initiate payment through our bank and is usually delivered the following week.

Q: How many cell phones can I sell?

A: As many cell phones as you have that is on our list. If your phone is not listed we no longer purchase that model. Only phones listed on our site are currently purchased. If you have a newer model that you do not see, you can inquire about it and we may add it.

Q: Do you buy broken or defected phones?

A: YES. At checkout you will have the option to choose if your phone is "GOOD" or "BROKEN".

Q: What happens if you found my phone to be defective?

A: If your phone does not meet the Terms & Conditions of the Selling Agreement, the phone(s) may be receive a lower payout.

Q: What is a "red dot"?

A: Most cell phones have a small sticker underneath their battery that changes from white or a pattern over a white background to a solid color when exposed to liquid. Location, shape, and design of these indicators vary depending on the brand and model.

Q: Do you pay for cell phones with red dots?

A: No.
