 In 2004, We recognized a trend - an increasing number of Americans and the world were using cell phones, discarding them frequently, and creating tons of solid waste even though most of the used cellular phones were still functional. We founded First Call Cellular, LLC and launched a subsidiary called Sell My Old Cell Phone (SMOCP) with the sole purpose of buying old devices to  refurbish, reuse and responsibly recycle discarded, broken, new & unused Cell Phones, iPods & GPS Devices paying their respective fair market value.

Today, our firm based in San Antonio, Texas is one of the the world's largest recycler and reseller of used cellular phones and accessories. Sell My Old Cell Phone (SMOCP) is partnered with the CellPhonesForCancer.com Wireless Foundation on the original Donate a Phone charitable recycling program.
